- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements in psychological testing

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometric assessment design and analysis
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) and psychometric tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Certification in psychometric testing (e.g., SHL, Pearson) preferred
