Melgar Brothers Holding Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometrician to join our growing Human Resources and talent assessment team in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our talent acquisition and organizational development processes by administering, scoring, and interpreting various psychological tests and assessment tools. Your insights will directly impact our hiring decisions and employee development strategies, ensuring we align the right talent with the right roles.
As a Psychometrician, you will collaborate closely with HR leaders and department heads to design and implement robust assessment frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests, personality inventories, and cognitive assessment tools for recruitment, promotion, and development purposes.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely psychometric evaluation reports for HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain secure and confidential records of all test materials, answer sheets, and psychological profiles in compliance with local regulations and data privacy laws.
- Assist in the design, validation, and continuous refinement of company-specific assessment batteries and competency frameworks.
- Conduct pre-test orientations and post-test feedback sessions with candidates and employees when necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR Recruitment team to analyze test metrics and optimize hiring selection criteria.
- Ensure all testing procedures adhere strictly to the professional code of ethics for psychometricians in the Philippines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
- Must be a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in administering and interpreting corporate psychological tests (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment principles, psychometric theories, and statistical methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high capability to draft detailed technical reports.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR databases/applicant tracking systems.
