In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our cafe maintains its reputation for cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetic excellence.
As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of our dining areas, restrooms, and external spaces. You are the invisible force that ensures every guest walks into a welcoming, spotless, and safe environment. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in your work, we would love to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all public areas, including dining floors, entranceways, and restrooms, are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the day to ensure guest safety and hygiene.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and condiments promptly.
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
- Assist in setting up and clearing furniture for special events or high-traffic periods.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep the surrounding cafe exterior tidy.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services within the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on a contract basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
