Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all public dining areas, restrooms, and entryways are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks for furniture, floors, and restaurant equipment.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking.
- Respond promptly to spills or messes to maintain a safe and aesthetic environment for guests.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address specific cleanliness issues during peak hours.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of all cleaning tools and chemical agents.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning is preferred, especially in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role that requires standing, moving, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
