- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of padel courts and public areas
- Assist visitors with court bookings, equipment rentals, and facility inquiries
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance requirements promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support event coordination and special facility activities
- Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or facility maintenance
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic knowledge of padel/sports equipment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for outdoor facility maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
