Mata Berawa is looking for a creative and highly organized Public Relations & Events Specialist to join our dynamic team in Badung. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for crafting memorable experiences, building brand awareness, and managing high-energy events that keep our venue at the heart of the Berawa community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative event concepts to increase brand visibility and venue traffic.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, from conceptualization and vendor coordination to on-site execution.
- Foster strong relationships with local influencers, media partners, and community stakeholders.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote upcoming events and daily offerings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences during high-traffic periods.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to refine future marketing and promotional strategies.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding private bookings, group events, and media collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related hospitality field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PR, Event Management, or Marketing within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and current social media trends.
- Flexible working hours, including availability during weekends and evenings for event execution.
