BYON COMBAT is looking for a creative and results-driven Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Bekasi. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image, managing high-profile event communications, and cultivating strong relationships with media outlets.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and impactful. You will work closely with our marketing and events teams to execute seamless publicity campaigns that elevate our combat sports events to the next level. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to boost brand awareness for BYON COMBAT.
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional press releases and media kits.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
- Manage end-to-end communication for company events, including press conferences and media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR performance to provide actionable insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations or Media Communications.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong networking skills and an existing database of media contacts are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in creative writing, storytelling, and digital content creation.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during live event periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
