Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to elevate the brand presence of Lippo Malls across national and regional media outlets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure consistent, positive media coverage.
- Manage end-to-end corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, ensuring alignment with company values and effective community impact reporting.
- Produce high-quality content, including press releases, feature articles, internal newsletters, and corporate briefing documents.
- Oversee crisis communication protocols, providing rapid response strategies to protect and uphold the company's reputation.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure brand consistency and employee engagement across our diverse mall locations.
- Monitor and analyze media metrics and industry trends to provide data-driven recommendations to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in PR, corporate communications, or agency settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing media relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of digital media landscapes, social media trends, and corporate reputation management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
