Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate purchase ledger records
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders
- Ensure timely payment of accounts payable transactions
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Prepare monthly accounts payable reports for financial review
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor statement reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
