In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by managing the procurement of high-quality dental and medical supplies. You will be responsible for sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring our inventory meets the rigorous demands of the healthcare industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about healthcare and possesses strong analytical skills to help us streamline our purchasing processes and deliver excellence to our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers of dental and medical equipment and consumables.
- Review purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and monitor delivery schedules to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs based on market demand.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and company procurement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management within the medical, dental, or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical supply chain processes and inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a cat lover (a fun requirement for our team!).
