Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from receiving requisitions to placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.
- Review and approve purchase orders for accuracy, compliance, and budget adherence.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all purchased materials meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role within the manufacturing or distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
