Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including sourcing raw materials, negotiating prices, and issuing official purchase orders.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Screen and evaluate new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and cost requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analyze data to assist management in budgeting and inventory control.
- Resolve any supply chain discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors regarding delivery schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cost estimates for upcoming construction projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
