In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure our daily operations run efficiently. You will act as the key point of contact for our suppliers, managing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including sourcing suppliers, placing orders, and receiving goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure stock levels meet business needs.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate terms and prices with vendors to optimize cost savings for the company.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments to identify purchasing requirements and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards regarding workplace conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
