Tanggung Jawab
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and quality for steel raw materials and industrial supplies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from identifying suppliers and issuing purchase orders to receiving and inspecting goods.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and consistent delivery performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the logistics team to prevent stock shortages or overstocking situations.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance reports to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and review all purchasing documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or supplier issues promptly to minimize impact on production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably within the steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when handling data and contracts.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate effectively with international partners and internal stakeholders.
