Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and purchase raw materials and components required for production schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control procedures.
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve any material shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or inventory role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and material planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
