You will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, and managing the entire procurement cycle to support our manufacturing and logistics goals.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and resolve any supply chain disruptions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Sourcing and vetting new suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain network.
  • Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with vendors to achieve the best value for Trilliun.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
  • Analyzing market trends and price fluctuations to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports accurately.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives and procurement policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
