Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to ensure timely material availability
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track performance metrics
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with quality control team to establish supplier quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience working with Japanese companies or in Japanese-style work environment is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
