Fresh Prints is looking for a dynamic Purchasing Associate to join our high-impact Product Acquisition Team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our sales department and our global supply chain network. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality products, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source high-quality products to meet specific client requirements and project briefs.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and shipping terms with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Maintain and update the product database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide timely quotes and product recommendations.
- Monitor supply chain performance to identify potential bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable vendor alternatives.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, from requisition to final delivery coordination.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, spend analysis, and vendor performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets/Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software is highly desirable.
