Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for banking-related equipment, technology, and services
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships in the financial services sector
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts
- Coordinate with banking operations teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement policies ensuring compliance with banking regulations
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations
- Prepare procurement budgets and expense reports for banking divisions
- Leverage ERP systems to track purchasing data and inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in banking or financial services sector
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Familiarity with banking compliance requirements (OJK/Bank Indonesia regulations)
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar qualification preferred
