In this role, you'll optimize supply chains, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain inventory controls to support our ambitious construction goals across Melaka and beyond. You'll collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Manage purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely project execution
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers to align procurement with project requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
