Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes from requisition to payment reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for all purchasing transactions
- Analyze vendor performance data to optimize procurement strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional inventory management with warehouse and production teams
- Develop and implement purchasing policies ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for procurement decisions and supplier negotiations
- Generate monthly purchasing reports for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or SCM/Logistics
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing with general ledger responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPIM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
