Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms, focusing on quality, sustainability, and value.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control systems to minimize waste and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast needs, set budgets, and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Evaluate and qualify new vendors, maintaining a robust and diverse supplier base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including cost savings, delivery times, and supplier performance.
- Manage purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and streamline procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or luxury services.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local Balinese suppliers and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and procurement tools.
