As the Purchasing Manager, you will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external vendors. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that reduce costs without compromising quality, while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations and audits.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize value and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to forecast demand and ensure stock availability.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement department.
- Oversee the procurement budget and ensure all expenditures adhere to financial policies.
- Manage supplier relationships to resolve disputes and foster long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports on spending and performance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
