PT Alamanda Global Health is a rapidly growing enterprise in the health, wellness, and manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement function at our key facility in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
As our Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing both local and global sourcing strategies to secure high-quality raw materials, packaging, and machinery while optimizing overall cost efficiency. You will work in close collaboration with the manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance teams to streamline our supply chain operations and support our aggressive business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, lead, and execute holistic purchasing strategies to meet company-wide production and financial goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong, long-term relationships with key local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, pricing, SLA agreements, and contracts with vendors.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all sourced materials strictly comply with GMP, Halal, and BPOM standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with production planning and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly procurement reports, budget forecasts, and cost-saving analysis for executive management.
- Lead, mentor, and build the capabilities of the internal purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or Lead, ideally within the FMCG, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
- Strong track record of successful commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Proficiency in utilizing ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership capability with a proven track record of managing and developing small-to-mid-sized teams.
- Professional fluency in English (both verbal and written) is highly preferred.
