Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate delivery schedules to align with production timelines
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Implement and improve purchasing policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and ERP software
- Knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
