We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager (MEP) to join our dynamic team at Selaras Mandiri Sejahtera. In this critical role, you will drive our procurement strategy for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components, ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on rigorous criteria including pricing, quality standards, and delivery reliability. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills to establish favorable contracts and maintain long-term vendor relationships. You will collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with operational needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for MEP materials and services
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers through rigorous RFQ processes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize cost savings
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends and recommend cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing roles
- Proven expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian market regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
