Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and negotiating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers across manufacturing and logistics sectors
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and finished goods
- Building strategic partnerships with Chinese suppliers to ensure cost optimization and quality assurance
- Coordinating logistics and supply chain operations for cross-border shipments
- Conducting market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Preparing purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance reports
- Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven success in vendor management
- Understanding of international trade regulations and logistics operations
