Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to maximize value.
- Manage purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Collaborate with finance department for payment processing and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
