Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of operations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value and cost-effective procurement activities.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to prevent stockouts and ensure material availability.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain strong, professional relationships with key vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and compare product quality and pricing.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
