Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for operational goods including purchasing, documentation, and supplier coordination
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for audit compliance
- Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Oversee distribution logistics to ensure proper allocation of goods
- Implement cost-saving measures in procurement operations
- Collaborate with finance team for budget adherence and payment processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory control systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
