- Compare product specifications and pricing across multiple vendors to identify optimal procurement solutions
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform purchasing decisions
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and negotiation
- Implement efficient procurement workflows for vendor applications and onboarding processes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards for all purchased materials
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation including contracts and purchase orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within manufacturing/logistics
- Strong analytical skills for cost comparison and vendor evaluation
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and supply chain best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset for operational challenges
