We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team in Bekasi. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring that we acquire the necessary materials and services to keep our operations running smoothly. You will act as the bridge between our company and various manufacturers and suppliers, managing purchase orders and ensuring strict adherence to production schedules.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has a strong understanding of the manufacturing and logistics landscape. You will be responsible for tracking shipments, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors to ensure the highest quality of supply chain management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately, ensuring all details are verified before submission to suppliers.
- Coordinate closely with production teams and suppliers to align procurement schedules with manufacturing timelines.
- Monitor shipment schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, tracking performance metrics to ensure quality and reliability.
- Resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in inventory control by analyzing stock levels and forecasting future purchasing needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, and logistics principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
