Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production supplies
- Conduct negotiations with local and international vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to support daily production targets
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement-related issues
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving strategies for procurement operations
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements and align purchasing timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to manage supplier contracts
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international supply chain logistics
