Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying reliable suppliers for raw materials and operational supplies.
- Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms with vendors to secure the best value.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
