PT Kharis Agung Putra Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Officer to join our growing team in Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics operations are supported by high-quality goods and services. You will act as a key liaison between our internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to final delivery of goods and services.
- Source, negotiate, and evaluate potential suppliers to secure the best quality materials at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and reports in strict accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
