Join Alamii Food's dynamic supply chain team as a Purchasing & PPIC Staff and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing processes. This critical role bridges procurement strategy with production planning to ensure seamless material flow, optimal inventory levels, and supplier reliability. You'll be the backbone of our production ecosystem, balancing cost efficiency with timely delivery to meet consumer demand.
In this position, you'll leverage data-driven insights to forecast material requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement lean inventory practices. Your expertise will directly impact our production timelines, cost control initiatives, and supplier relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Develop and execute material planning strategies aligned with production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and implement JIT/Kanban systems to minimize waste
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistical challenges
- Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, PPIC, or inventory management roles
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production and inventory data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and lean manufacturing principles
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
