- Source, negotiate, and purchase food and beverage supplies from reliable vendors
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure quality and competitive pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management systems
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing costs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to understand supply requirements and adjust purchasing accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
