PT Bukit Limau Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Purchasing / Procurement Specialist to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations.
As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will drive value by analyzing market trends, identifying reliable suppliers, and negotiating favorable contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying requirements to final delivery and payment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities and reliability.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand project needs and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
