Join Mega Marine Pride as a Purchasing RM Admin and drive excellence in our raw material procurement operations. This critical role involves optimizing supply chain efficiency by strategically sourcing, negotiating, and managing raw materials to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. You'll ensure seamless material flow while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end raw material procurement process including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems to minimize holding costs
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
- Coordinate with production teams to align material requirements with production schedules
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability
- Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analysis for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing roles in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of vendor management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
