Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate automotive components/materials from qualified suppliers
- Manage procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract finalization
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor supplier performance and quality compliance
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement costs
- Collaborate with production/quality teams for material specifications
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and databases
- Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in automotive/manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and logistics
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, etc.) are advantageous
