Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to final delivery and invoicing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead stock replenishment activities to prevent production downtime.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and alternative raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier performance, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with external partners.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
