Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and goods.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive procurement strategies.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Perform regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality standards and service levels are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand specific operational needs and specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement cycles, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
