Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers for raw materials, chemicals, and industrial supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
- Preparing and managing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to understand demand and requirements.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Resolving supplier issues and managing relationships to ensure continuous supply chain stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail and cost reduction.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for occasional site visits and vendor meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
