Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Source and evaluate potential vendors to identify the best value for money
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO) in accordance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational needs are met
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their requirements and develop purchasing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office applications
