Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to align with company goals and budget requirements.
- Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials and supplies from qualified vendors at competitive prices.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and necessary documentation accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
