Join Naga Komodo's dynamic procurement team as a Purchasing Specialist and drive operational excellence through strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency, vendor compliance, and seamless material flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production/logistics operations
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms
- Implement procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with departments to forecast material requirements
- Analyze procurement data for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
