Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve optimal value for materials
- Manage purchase orders from requisition to payment processing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
