Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processing and vendor communication
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize material availability
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Negotiate favorable terms with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in APAC regions
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and improvement plans
- Support ERP system maintenance and procurement data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications in CIPS or supply chain management preferred
