As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end procurement of high-quality raw materials, ingredients, and operational supplies essential for our dining outlets.
Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain a reliable, cost-effective supply chain that supports our culinary standards and business growth. You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including chefs and store managers, will be crucial to align purchasing with operational needs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete purchasing cycle for all restaurant food and beverage ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and sustainability practices.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs while maintaining high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and relevant regulations including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and inventory reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing, preferably within the restaurant/F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food products, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
