Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement processes for manufacturing materials and equipment
- Communicate daily with General Manager in English regarding purchasing activities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for cost-effective solutions
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven English speaking skills (daily communication with General Manager)
- Experience in procurement or purchasing role in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
